Member Services
Concierge Medicine of Miami Beach provides the following services to members of our practice.
- An annual medical examination
- Strong focus on Preventive Medicine and extension of long-term health and wellness
- Extended/Expanded Office Visit encounters
- Same-day or next-business-day appointments
- Little to no waiting
- Coordination of medical services within the community
- Courtesy Visits and/or Consultations with Medical Staff in the event of a hospitalization
- Direct phone communications with your doctor;
- Convenient email
Practice Membership
Annual Membership fees are based on the family.
- Individual Membership: $5,700 (discounted by $200, if paid in full)
- Couple Membership: $10,500 (discounted by $500, if paid in full)
- Family Membership1: $16,000 (discounted by $1,000, if paid in full)
We will participate with Medicare2 but no commercial insurance carriers.
1Family memberships include parents and children aged 16 to 24.
